Shipping Policies

Free normal shipping and processing for all orders over $100 USD of HyperTherm Genuine Parts to the contiguous 48 States. For orders under $100 USD, a $10 small order fee will be added at checkout. Additionally, for any order under $50 USD, a shipping charge of $7.95 will be added at checkout.

Most parts will be shipped UPS, with a very few USPS. Extra shipping charges are applicable for expedited shipping (Next Day Air, etc.) Please contact customer service 859-572-7474 to arrange for expedited shipping to ensure that your order can be shipped as necessary.

Some HyperTherm Equipment and Accessories will have additional shipping charges, based on the delivery address. Please contact customer service for more details.
